Resources
We recommend all the books below as being a useful part of your journey to health through eating.
Most of these authors are world leaders into the science of food and nutrition. Most have website s and podcasts. I particularly like Aussie author and podcaster Simon Hill.
Many of them are available through the library system (indeed that's where we got them). Most are also available as e-books or audio-books. I like to own real books, so I've purchased most of them and dip in and out when I need to know something, learn something or just be inspired.
